Joe and Aaron Antis have been building homes for 30 years each. As the former President and Vice President of Shaw Homes, they have built over 5,000 homes in Oklahoma. In 2024 Shaw Homes was sold to the largest builder in the nation, and after two years of planning the brothers launched Kingdom Homes.
Joe is the architect. He took his degree from the University of Michigan architecture school in 1995, graduated with honors, and has drawn plans across the whole range of the market. Aaron sits down with you for the details of the house, and he does that part himself.
It started in 1983 outside Ann Arbor, Michigan, when a road was cut into the hillside next to their house and fifteen homes went up on it. The two of them walked over several times a week with tape measures and graph paper from their dad, measuring rooms and drawing their own versions of every plan.
Ways to build Three
The first thing we do is meet you out there and walk it. Water, gas, electric and sewer, the tree clearing, the driveway, and where the house actually wants to sit. Getting that right ahead of time has saved customers thousands, and sometimes tens of thousands, on the project.
We build the plans we have already drawn, we build plans you bring us, and we modify either one. If you want something that has never been built before, there is a checklist we walk through with you first, and then the drafting paper comes out.
Homes already under construction, at whatever stage suits you. Come in early and you still get to change things. Come in later and the choices are mostly made, but you are closer to the door.

Land On site
There are three core costs in any new home. Most builders will only talk to you about the third one. We come out to the property, look at clearing, excavation, utilities, infrastructure and easements, and put a real budget on the land preparation before anything else is decided. The on-site evaluation is complimentary, whether you end up building with us or not.
If you have not found land yet, our land specialists will build the search criteria with you and keep you posted on everything that comes up in the area you are looking at.

Selections happen face to face. You look at the things you want in the house, we price them, and the pricing is itemized for you to choose from as you go. All of it is finalized before you sign the agreement, and the number we give you at the beginning is the number we honor.
Simple meetings, pictures of the actual selections, and a number on each one.
Everything is finalized before you sign and before construction begins.
No change order arriving later with a new total. We honor the number we quoted.
