Joe and Aaron Antis have been building homes for 30 years each. As the former President and Vice President of Shaw Homes, they have built over 5,000 homes in Oklahoma and earned more than 50 Parade of Homes awards.
Joe is the architect, with an honors degree from the University of Michigan architecture school. Aaron works through the selections and details with you directly, so the plan and price reflect the choices you have made.
Ways to build Three
The first thing we do is meet you out there and walk it. Water, gas, electric and sewer, the tree clearing, the driveway, and where the house actually wants to sit. Getting that right ahead of time has saved customers thousands, and sometimes tens of thousands, on the project.
We build the plans we have already drawn, we build plans you bring us, and we modify either one. If you want something that has never been built before, there is a checklist we walk through with you first, and then the drafting paper comes out.
Homes already under construction, at whatever stage suits you. Come in early and you still get to change things. Come in later and the choices are mostly made, but you are closer to the door.

Land On site
A complete new-home budget includes the land, the work required to prepare it, and the home itself. We visit the property to review clearing, excavation, utilities, infrastructure and easements, then put a real budget on the land preparation. The on-site evaluation is complimentary.
If you have not found land yet, our land specialists will build the search criteria with you and keep you posted on everything that comes up in the area you are looking at.

Selections happen face to face. You look at the things you want in the house, we price them, and the pricing is itemized for you to choose from as you go. All of it is finalized before you sign the agreement, and the number we give you at the beginning is the number we honor.
